Mountain Runners invites you to join us for the annual Mount
Shasta 4th of July Run & Walk!
|
 Mountain Runners is responsible for many features that have
contributed to the beautification of downtown Mount Shasta – including the
recent purchase and development of a new park along the 400 block of Mount
Shasta Blvd. We have also made significant contributions to community health and
fitness projects and support numerous local youth sports activities. For a

We offer the following three exciting events for all members
of the family:

This is the most popular event of the
morning. Have you ever strolled two miles while gaining
weight and listening to over three dozen talented
performers? |

The two-mile youth race is designed for
the younger generation who wish to race less than the
longer five miles. This is a great opportunity to
introduce children to running and to promote physical
fitness to our youth! |

Almost 1,000 athletes race together over a
fast and flat 3,600 foot elevation course with
snow-capped Mount Shasta in the background. |
